Services

My approach is to truly consider your story as unique, and understand YOU.  Deep growth develops from a trusting relationship, in which someone's individual experience is heard, and they feel safe and connected.  Your experience is YOURS, and building our understanding of our experiences allows room for change. I provide a compassionate, supportive space, and am attentive of your individual growth you want to see in your world.

It's my job to walk with you and support you to look inward to the pieces that have caused you to feel stuck. It's important when we are vulnerable and share our stories that we are not judged, because being vulnerable can be key to finding the things within yourself that can lead to healing, growth, and working through the transitions of your life journey.

I primarily provide individual therapy, and work with adults. I offer telehealth only for residents of California and Colorado.

I offer a free 15 minute consultation to make sure I am a good fit for you.

I work currently through the Simple Practice platform that provides a HIPAA compliant telehealth unique session.

Supervision

My LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) and LAC (Licensed Addictions Counselor), experience in multi-disciplinary settings, and supervisory roles allows me to provide a wide range perspective in both individual and group supervision towards licensure. MFT supervision available for California and Colorado candidates. LAC supervision for Colorado candidates only.

Some of my experience includes working in outpatient, residential, home-based, and school based settings with children, families, adults, adolescents, couples. I have a  background in trauma focused treatment, working in the juvenile justice system, attachment, adoption, addictions, social justice, and art therapy.  Call me to schedule a free consultation to see if we'd be a good fit.

Individual supervision cost is $119 per 60 min. Group supervision cost is $75/per person for 2 hours, minimum of three group members.

Payment

My cost per 55 minute individual therapy session is $135, and $150 for Couples/Family. When we begin working together, you will begin by entering your credit card information, or we will discuss payment in check form. Payment is due at the time of session.

I am in network with Cigna insurance for only Colorado residents. California clients are private pay only.

I can also work with you to provide an itemized receipt for your insurance company, in the case that you can receive reimbursement for out-of network therapy benefits. Call your insurance company if you'd like to see if this is an option for you.

I am not allowed to accept payment from individuals who have Medicaid insurance, and am out of network for Medicaid, or MediCal.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate”, which is an estimate of how much therapy services should cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for costs and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.

You are entitled to a copy of your Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your appointment. Ask me if you have questions!

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call the Colorado Division of Insurance

at 303-894-7490 or 1-800-930-3745.
