I have a Master's Degree in Psychology and Art therapy. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed in both Colorado and California.  I am also a Licensed Addictions Counselor in Colorado. I have over 10 years of experience working in both California, and Colorado. Prior to my private practice, I have worked in community mental health settings, residential, outpatient, home based, and school based therapy work. I offer experience working with individuals, family, couples, as well as with a wide range of clients experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship/family issues, adoption,  attachment, women's issues, substance use, life transitions, identity issues, and grief in a clinical setting.  

As an adoptee myself, it is especially an honor working with adults who are adoptees and wish to explore how this experience impacts their lives, relationships with others, and themselves. 

I really believe in the power we have within us as humans, and that with support we are capable of great things.
